MEET THE STAFF AND ELDERS
MICHAEL LEE | LEAD PASTOR
Michael Lee was born in South Korea and lived in Argentina before moving to the US where he grew up in Seattle. His ministry experience has spanned three decades and has included being a church planter, pastor, and professor in both Seattle and Los Angeles. He graduated from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (D.Min.) and Gateway Theological Seminary (M.Div.). He enjoys drinking good coffee, hiking, fishing, and anything outdoors. Michael is married to his best friend, Mink, and together they have three children: Karis, Kayla, and Nathan. His family goal is to be the same person at home as he is in public.
ROB GORINI | WORSHIP PASTOR
Robert Gorini was born and raised in Central Florida before moving his family out to the Seattle Washington area in 2021. He is married to his wife Nicole and together they have two children Livia and Brennan.
Through service to his local church and community, Robert has developed skills in the areas of worship planning, worship renewal, pastoral care, and education. As both practitioner and academic, he has developed a unique worship methodology which blends academic rigor with pastoral sensitivity.
He is a scholar-pastor who has 15 years of practical experience in leading worship and teaching in a church setting. Robert is first and foremost a follower of Jesus, called as an educator and pastor, who has a heart for those who lead in worship through music.
Robert holds a Master of Theology (M.Th.) from Brewer Christian Graduate School and a Doctor of Worship Studies (D.W.S.) from The Robert E. Webber Institute for Worship Studies.
SARA CHO | CHILDREN's PASTOR
Sara had to go halfway across the world to find out that her calling was in childrens ministry! On a trip to the rural western countryside of South Korea at the age of twenty-one, Sara was called into ministry and hasn’t looked back. Sara was born in Daegu, S. Korea, and was raised in Seattle before moving to Boston for four years to complete her undergraduate studies at Boston University. After graduating, she moved back to Korea for about a decade, working full-time in children’s ministry, helping to establish a permanent children’s and youth English ministry, and helping in planting two Christian international schools in Dangjin, South Korea. As the children’s pastor, Sara oversees everything from toddlers to 5th graders, and loves teaching and engaging with kids. She is joined by her fun, loving husband Chris, as they raise their little boy, Zion.
James Kim | INTERIM YOUTH PASTOR
James is stepping in as the Interim Youth Pastor. He brings with him over 25 years of ministry experience, twenty of which is with youth ministry. He loves working with youth and partnering with parents in helping guide students and families to their next steps. Most of his experience is from first generation immigrant churches where he has to learn to navigate between different cultures. James loves and believes in the local church (and youth) and its ability to display the love of God. James graduated from Gateway Seminary (M.Div) and is currently working as a middle school counselor. James was born in South Korea and at age 2 his family moved to California where he grew up in the bay area which explains why he is a 49er’s fan. He later moved to Washington where he met his wife, Caroline at the University of Washington (Go Dawgs!). They have 3 children: Aliah, Alisa, and Aiden. He loves spending time with his family doing indoor/outdoor activities. He recently caught the bug of doing triathlons and is training to do more.
JOHN LEE | SERVICE PROGRAMMING DIRECTOR
John was born in Federal Way, Washington and has lived in the Pacific Northwest all his life. His ministry experience began here at All Nations Community Church and still serving faithfully. John finished his undergraduate at the University of Washington and then attended Gateway Seminary to finish his Masters in Theological Studies. He is a newly wed; married to his beautiful wife Susie. He enjoys hiking, hiking and more hiking. John believes in the power of the local church and continues guide others in growing Gospel-centered disciples.
ERIC GO | College Ministry Coordinator
Eric was born in Richland, WA and his parents moved to the Seattle area when he was just a toddler. Before Eric committed to intern, he was in the Digital Marketing field. Eric has been attending ANCC for years and a part of many ministries, such as, setup & breakdown, guest services, and AVL. Eric's hobbies include gaming, building computers, modifying cars, tennis, and cooking. Eric's family just grew in number last year. He's married to his beautiful wife Feiya along with his son Eleazar, and two dogs Ein and Fin.
